We’ve been on a giant dinosaur kick lately at our house. From visiting the dinosaur museums in Utah and Colorado to watching Dino Dan, Dino Dana, and Trek’s Adventures on Amazon, it’s been all dino all the time. So, when our little guy asked, “Mom, did God make dinosaurs?”, we picked up our family bible and read: “God said, ‘Let the earth produce every kind of living creature in its own species: cattle, creeping things and wild animals of all kinds.’ And so it was. God made wild animals in their own species, and cattle in theirs, and every creature that crawls along the earth in its own species. God saw that it was good.” (Genesis 1:24-25) We continued to talk about how a day in God’s time isn’t the same as a day in our time, and that a day for God could be a million years to us!
That night, this print came to life. The dinosaurs, in the foreground, come complete with scales and skin. In the background, the scripture verse repeats throughout the print.
