I love this block – and not just because it’s my namesake. It came together easier than I thought it would, and I like to hope it’s showing improvement on my part – a big piece of doing this QAL is to learn and practice on things that I wouldn’t normally make. I’m also trying to be a *tad* less fussy with the cutting so as to not scrap too much fabric in vain (though I’m piecing parts together for the back) – this means I ended up with two fish swimming in the same as to opposing directions. I love it anyway 🙂
